A Guide to Saving Your Own Soul on This Crazy Journey Called Motherhood

ABOUT THE BOOK

If you’re drowning in the weeds of motherhood, Cindy Caprio Woulfe feels your plight.

As a new mom, Woulfe felt the same pressures and pleasures as mothers across the globe. Unlike many others, she decided to create a solution—or at least a mother’s helper.

In the Weeds is her heartfelt guide for women navigating the overwhelming early years of motherhood. Using personal stories and practical wisdom to share a journey of finding peace as a new parent, Woulfe includes thoughtful journal prompts for moms designed to encourage reflection and growth during this transformative time.

Through engaging anecdotes, Woulfe provides essential strategies on how to practice self-care as a parent without guilt, establish healthy boundaries and reconnect with your identity beyond motherhood. Addressing both mental and emotional wellbeing,

In the Weeds offers a 30-day framework to help you weather the challenges while embracing the joys of parenthood.

Woulfe understands that while you want to help your children, you need to nurture yourself first. Through Woulfe’s authentic guidance, you’ll discover that the path through the weeds begins with self-compassion and leads to deeper connections for your entire family.
